July is World Watercolor Month. In celebration of this month's theme, a Plein Air event will be held at Lois Stipp's Gallery on Donegal Bay Road utilizing a variety of painting media, including watercolors. Watercolor materials will be provided to participants.
Finished paintings will be displayed at the Library!
